Equipment

Beginners

Having the right equipment can make a huge difference to your game, for beginners check out tee-it golf section for the best equipment, when you progress further you want a good driver (9- 14 deg), fairway wood (5 and or 7), hybrid (4 or 5) then some irons 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, pw, and a bunker wedge(sw) your local pro or golf shop will have plenty options for these.

Beginner Juniors

One of the worst things you can do for a junior is give them clubs that are too heavy or too long, they are better off with 1 or 2  of the right clubs, they are less likely to develop bad habits and motions, if they can’t use them well its easy to get disheartened with what already is a difficult game, see your local pro and get the right ones.

The Better Player

If you want to improve, having a setup of clubs that can enhance your game makes sense. This doesn’t have to be costly. Things to consider include length, loft, lie, shaft flex, grip thickness, set makeup (distance between each club). Your wedge considerations of loft, lie and bounce depending on your motion and your usual course conditions. Having a putter with the right loft when you impact the golf ball is a real bonus plus one with things to help you aim. There are many things to consider when getting clubs to improve your game, you can do your own research on line and there are plenty of local PGA professionals that can help with this. It’s worth the call.
